What’s with all this ‘If I get *insert number here* notes I won’t kill myself’ bullshit?

Alright, people, honestly tell me now. How the fuck are tumblr notes going to make your life any better? How are they going to stop you from wanting to kill or hurt yourself?
 You wanna die? Well, that sucks, darling. I want to help you and if giving you notes would help you I would reblog it, but no. You know what will help you though?
Going to see a fucking therapist.

You know what would make more sense though? If say someone said ‘If I get (e.g) 50,000 notes before February I won’t delete my tumblr’ that would actually make sense to me. Sure, they’d seem like an attention whore and probably get a lot of hate for it… but isn’t that basically what the suicidal people asking for notes are doing?

Alright, that’s all I have to say \o/ sorry if I seem harsh, it’s just how I feel about these things ending up on my dash…

Oh yeah, before I get lots of hate from this or people start unfollowing because of how insensitive I am, let me say that I have been suicidal before, and no, I didn’t ask for attention from people I don’t even know, I didn’t guilt-trip people by being that way, I got help from a school counselor and friends.

Basically what I’m saying is, don’t use suicide as an excuse to get notes. ♥
