My uncle’s wife sent my cousin a snide remark about his smoking less than 24 hours after her death. My mother was the only reason I haven’t been brutally honest with my family. Time to stop holding back. (Taken with Instagram)
PS: the “thing” in the second paragraph was that everyone in our family knew my mom absolutely hated having her picture taken. So my uncle’s wife, because she’s a spoiled child in an adult body and doesn’t like being told she can’t do things, went out of her way to specifically take a photo right in her face and thought it was hilarious. My mom never went to another family gathering after that. And family was the most important thing in the world to her.
